The Pitch

Any time we try to combine brunch, a large group and kids, Les Enfants Terribles' Nuns' Island location invariably comes up.  The ample parking lot in front is an added draw, more so with the bone-chilling cold we have been subjected to lately.

The Mood

This recent addition to the Island's Pointe-Nord development is one of the most visually stunning joints in town.  Adults and children will both appreciate the beautiful interior blending rich wood with contemporary accents and quirky artwork, not to mention the sweeping view of the Saint Lawrence.

The Food

The brunch menu features safe bets such as omelets and benedicts, as well as more adventurous items from fried chicken & waffles to breakfast poutines.  Health-conscious parents need not fret; the nearby playground will help shed some of those calories.  To conclude, the combination of good food, décor, convenience and amenities makes this place one of the better family destinations in town.
